The story involves a scheme to bring in an outsider as a ringer to replace a rowing crew member , who has been drafted into the army , just before the big race. This is a light hearted musical comedy that is fun to watch. As usual in these Frankie Darro and Mantan Moreland movies , Moreland seems to have the best comedy bits in the movie. A young and pretty Gale Storm sings a couple of numbers. A / V quality of the download is very good.<br><br><hr>
