There are no vampires or A-bombs. It would be more accurate to call it "Dr. Jekyll's organ transplant service." Interestingly enough, the moral question hinted at: "Who decides when is it appropriate to destroy one life to aid another?" can be found it the animal research and stem-cell debates in the news today.

There are no vampires in it, so lord knows why the  title. Is well filmed with decent acting.
